During the 12 weeks of industrial training here in INCONTROL TECH I have gained so much hand on experience. The skills and knowledge that I’ve have gained this company really help me boost up my confident level and motivate towards my course at University. It was a great pleasure to work as a team with the professional team of INCONTROL TECH and am looking forward to do the same after my post-graduate.

Having completed 12 weeks of industrial training in ICT Department was indeed my most exciting and proud moments about INCONTROL-TECH. The expertise and knowhow which I’d acquired during my training here has motivated me to be a more confident and therefore being able to have a better understanding what I've learned to be applied towards my theory  subject at the university, especially in systems and networking field. The working environment was really positive and encouraging as everyone gave me great experience of working environment.

Firstly I would like say thank you to all staffs at INCONTROL-TECH especially in the ICT Department for trusting and for give me a opportunity to pursue my industrial training. During the 6 months duration, I got know a whole a lot of knowledge on IT. Now, I can differentiate between theory and practical which gives me a better understanding on my subjects. This organization also has given me a new experience that I can't obtain elsewhere. The working environment in this company is also another factor contributing to the fast learning as everyone is very caring and optimistic about teaching to the new ones.

I hope to come back to this organization after graduating from my course as this is the most ideal place to be employed at.

I would like to upmost gratitute to INCONTROL-TECH for giving me  an opportunity to work at in the companies Engineering department. I have enjoyed my training specializing in Substation Automation System (SAS). During this 12 weeks (3months) training, I’ve have experienced a lot of good working process folowwing my exposure to  learning alot of knowledge about substation automation.

With my training here I am sure that my education would not be more focus into my ambition towards my carreer.

During 3 months of training in inControl Tech, I have learned a lot of new discoveries and also gained more experience. Here, I was exposed to Control Relay Panels (CRP) in which I have learned how to perform testing of the control panels and also partial designing of control relay panels. I must admit that it is a really difference between learning theory and practicing what you have learned. I'm also like the working environment as staffs are very friendly and easygoing which make me more comfortable to do my industrial training in this company. I’d also join a lot of activity that was organized by inControl Tech during my practical here. This experience and knowledge will be my stepping stone in helping me to build a successful career in the field of engineering in the future.
