iTEC Commisions Bayan Lepas RTCC 132/33kV Substation

This Site Acceptance Test involved a total of two RTCC 132/33kV. The numbers of taps for transformers are 16 taps. But the both are opposite tapping direction.Due to these dissimilarities between the transformers and the OLTC tapping direction, they could not be paralleled using the existing Master-Flower scheme in the particular panels in the substation. inCONTROL Tech had to therefore remove the existing MR MK30 AVR relay and reengineer its wiring to replace the wiring with the Circulating Current principal scheme using MicroTAPP AVR.

Ernst Young Entrepreneur Of The Year ( Tech Finalists )TheEDGE Newspaper, 27th Oct 2008By Edwin YapBelieving in oneself and having the confidence to be a world-beater are two key traits that have driven Harvinder Singh, founder and managing director of inControl Tech Sdn Bhd, to success. I started out by working for about 11 years in the largest multinational corporation in the power sector, says Harvinder. When I was there, I felt that we should have been able to take on more technology transfer from our principals in Malaysia but it was difficult to convince them to do so. So, when I could not convince them anymore, I decided to strike out on my own.
